By implementing these suggestions, I can manage my emotions, shift my focus to the situation at hand and remain calm by engaging the rational part of my brain. Oh how I was wrong! This little book helps us identify and build the skills needed to better navigate the workplace and everyone else you encounter in life. But this is more challenging than you might think. Improving this skill, however, requires self awareness, self management, social awareness and relationship management in order to influence positive, open relationships at work. They fail to have good EQ, or emotional intelligence. ![]() Frequently when these situations arise, it is because people aren’t fully aware of the behaviors of those around them. ![]()
